Welcome to Kiind! We may have a new name and a new look, but we are still the same, family-led, independent peer support organisation that you previously knew as Kalparrin.
We are thrilled to share our new name with you and embark on the next phase of our organisation’s evolution as Kiind and that is, to help even more families to Connect, Learn and Be heard, whenever and wherever they are located.

We have updated our Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn pages to reflect our new name. You can find us on all these platforms by searching @kiind_au.
Kiind Families Facebook Network
We have also renamed our online peer support groups to the Kiind Families Facebook Network. You can find each Facebook group and join us here.
Referrals
We are looking forward to accepting referrals from medical and health professionals. If you are working with a family who is in need of support, please complete our referral form, with their permission, and our Peer Navigation team will be in touch.
What’s staying the same?
Our location at the Perth Children’s Hospital, ACNC charitable status, business and banking administrative processes all remain the same.
As Kiind, our commitment to providing practical assistance, emotional support, connection to other families and help to find the most appropriate services and supports for children and their families remains the same, just as it has been for the past 36 years.
We look forward to continuing our vision of creating an inclusive society where all children and families reach their full potential.
